The short version

If a guide is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and tell us briefly why. We will refund it.

How to ask

Send your order number and the name of the guide to info@pdfhaven.online. You do not need to give a long explanation, but a sentence about what did not work helps us improve the guide.

How long it takes

We process approved refunds within five working days. The money returns to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Repeated refund requests from the same account across multiple guides.
• Files that have been shared or republished.

Problems with a download

A broken or expired download link is not a refund case, it is something we fix. Email us and we will send a new link the same day.
