What we collect
When you buy a guide we collect your name, your email address and your country. Your email address is where the download link is sent. Your country is needed to process the card payment and to apply any tax that is due.
We do not ask for a postal address, because nothing is shipped to you.
Payment details
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on this site. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the last four digits of the card.
Why we keep it
- To deliver the guide you bought and to let you download it again.
- To answer you if you contact us about an order.
- To keep the records required by tax and accounting rules.
You will receive transactional email about your order. We only send marketing email if you have explicitly asked for it, and every such message has an unsubscribe link.
